How do you see the fundamental principles/architecture of Georgian national security?

The basis for the security policy must be the neutrality. At the same time, as stated above, the country requires a mobile Army capable of handling external threats; furthermore, by means of police and other paramilitary forces, any action against the state and citizen’s security has to be stopped.
